Exams for the classroom and self-study courses are held four times per year (quarterly) during the first week of March, June, September and December. Students are given two opportunities in which to write during their 18 month registration validity period. The online exams are held onsite at our facilities on one of the days during each exam week. The exact date will be communicated to students one month prior as the whole continent must write on the same date in order to maintain IATA’s examination integrity.
Students are able to view their results immediately upon submitting the online exam.
As all certificates are issued by IATA in Montreal, Canada, please allow 6 weeks before we can courier to you.
IATA mandate that course and exam registrations are received by a certain date for each exam session. Students are required to inform us of your preferred exam session no later than 3 business days before IATA’s published deadlines.
Please note that once you are registered to sit for an exam, no changes can be made once the deadline dates have passed. If you are unable to write on the day of the exam, it will be counted as a missed attempt and result in a fail. You may register to sit again providing it is within your registration validity and you have not used your second attempt.
